Seralog is a private, on-device bloodwork tracker for men on TRT. It records your lab results — testosterone, estradiol, hematocrit, SHBG, PSA and more — and trends each marker against its reference range, logs injections in two taps with six-site rotation, sends reminders that actually fire (including every-3.5-day schedules), and exports a doctor-ready PDF. Logging, reminders and trends are free; there is no account and nothing leaves your iPhone.

You get your labs back — and have no idea if your numbers are safe

Roughly 20 million U.S. men have low testosterone, and those on TRT have to run a lifelong routine: inject on schedule, rotate sites, get regular bloodwork, and read markers like estradiol and hematocrit they were never taught. Most do it in a spreadsheet or not at all — then show up to a blood draw unable to tell whether a number is good or a red flag.

Seralog is the app that turns those scattered numbers into a picture you — and your doctor — can actually read.

Prevalence: an estimated ~20 million U.S. men have low testosterone (hypogonadism); only a minority are treated. Discuss your own results with your provider.

Three jobs, done properly

Everything a man on TRT actually needs — nothing he doesn't

Understand your labs. Log your shots. Never miss a dose. Calm, clinical, and quick — not "enhanced-athlete" clutter.

Pillar 1 · Bloodwork

Understand your labs over time

The hero of the app. Every marker plots as a trend line over its reference band on a true time axis — so you see the slope, not a single number out of context.

  • Total T, Free T, Estradiol, Hematocrit, SHBG, PSA and more
  • Tag each draw trough or peak so numbers are comparable
  • Sensitive-estradiol (LC-MS/MS) flag — the #1 lab-literacy trap for men
  • Plain-English "what this means" on every marker — education, never a dose
  • Enter your own lab's range, or use TRT-aware defaults
Seralog injection sheet: a dose stepper and a six-site rotation grid showing which site is most rested.

Pillar 2 · Injections

Log a shot in two taps

A dose stepper and your saved protocol mean logging takes seconds — the only way you'll actually keep it up.

  • Six-site rotation suggests the most-rested spot
  • Compound-agnostic: testosterone, HCG, an aromatase inhibitor, peptides, or a custom compound
  • Optional volume, needle gauge and notes tucked behind "More"
  • Every logged shot feeds your trends and your doctor report
Seralog home screen with the next dose countdown, adherence, and next scheduled bloodwork.

Pillar 3 · Reminders

Reminders that actually fire

The #1 complaint about every rival is reminders that silently stop. Seralog treats reliability as the product.

  • Day-before, one-hour-before, and missed-dose alerts
  • Real TRT cadences: every 3.5 days (E3.5D), twice weekly, weekly, or every N days
  • Auto-cancels once you've logged the dose — no nagging
  • A smart bloodwork reminder nudges you to draw at trough

How it works

Three steps to labs that finally make sense

  1. 1

Add your protocol & last labs

Set your compound and schedule, then punch in your most recent blood draw — you'll see your first plotted marker in under a minute.

  2. 2

    Log in seconds, get reminded

Two-tap shot logging and reminders that fire keep the daily loop effortless — so the data is actually there when you need it.

  3. 3

    Understand it & share it

Watch each marker trend against its range, read plain-English context, and hand your doctor a clean PDF.

Why Seralog

Most TRT apps log your shots. Few help you understand your blood.

FAQ

Questions people ask before downloading

Is Seralog free?

Yes. Injection logging, all reminders, bloodwork logging with trend charts, and JSON backup are free forever — Seralog never puts a subscription wall on the basics. Seralog Plus ($4.99/month or $29.99/year, with a 7-day free trial on the yearly plan) unlocks the output layer: the doctor-ready PDF, plain-English marker interpretation, and Insights.

What blood markers does Seralog track for TRT?

The markers men on TRT actually watch: total testosterone, free testosterone, estradiol (E2), hematocrit, hemoglobin, SHBG, and PSA — plus lipids and any custom marker you add. Each reading is plotted over time against its reference range, and you can tag a draw as trough or peak so the numbers are comparable.

Does Seralog remind me to inject on a TRT schedule?

Yes — reliable reminders are the point. Seralog fires day-before, one-hour-before, and missed-dose alerts and supports real TRT cadences: every-N-days including every 3.5 days (E3.5D), twice weekly, and weekly. A rolling notification window is topped up on every launch so alerts don't silently stop, and a reminder auto-cancels once you've logged the dose.

What is a normal estradiol or hematocrit level on TRT?

Reference ranges vary by lab, assay, age and sex, so Seralog shows your value against the range your lab used and adds education-only context — for example, that estradiol should be read on a sensitive (LC-MS/MS) assay for men, and that labs commonly flag hematocrit above roughly 52–54%. Seralog does not diagnose or recommend doses; always discuss your targets with your prescribing provider.

Who is Seralog for?

Seralog is built for men on prescribed testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and works for anyone on an injectable protocol — HCG, an aromatase inhibitor, or peptides — who wants to understand their bloodwork, log doses in two taps, and never miss an injection.

Does Seralog work without an internet connection?

Yes. Because everything is stored on your device, logging, reminders, trend charts and the doctor PDF all work fully offline. The only actions that need a connection are buying or restoring a Seralog Plus subscription.

Is Seralog better than tracking my labs in a spreadsheet?

Seralog does what a spreadsheet can't: it plots each marker against its reference range automatically, tags trough vs peak draws, sends reminders that actually fire, overlays labs with doses and symptoms, and exports a doctor-ready PDF — with no manual formatting.

Can Seralog track HCG, an aromatase inhibitor, or peptides too?

Yes. Logging is compound-agnostic: alongside testosterone you can log HCG, an aromatase inhibitor like anastrozole, peptides, or any custom compound — each with its own dose and schedule. Seralog is built TRT-first but isn't locked to one compound.

Can I export a report for my doctor?

Yes. Seralog Plus exports a doctor-ready PDF that leads with flagged values (including PSA velocity), then shows lab trends across draws with reference bands and trough/peak timing, your injection history, symptom check-ins, and your current protocol — a clean summary a busy provider can read in about 30 seconds.

Is my health data private?

Yes. Everything stays on your iPhone. Seralog runs no servers and has no account or sign-up, so your data is never uploaded, sold, or shared. Its App Store privacy label is Data Not Collected. Backup is an optional JSON file you export and keep yourself.

Is Seralog available on Android?

Seralog launches first on iPhone (iOS 14 and later). An Android version is on the roadmap but not yet available.

Is Seralog medical advice?

No. Seralog is an educational tracking tool. Its marker context is educational, based on published reference ranges, and never a dosing instruction; it does not diagnose or treat. Always consult your healthcare provider before making decisions about your therapy.
